Averro is a company focused on AI solutions, and they are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to help organizations implement AI-enabled workflows. The role involves engaging with business teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and facilitating the adoption of AI tools within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with departments to understand current workflows and pain points
- Identify high-friction processes that could benefit from AI assistance or automation
- Prioritize opportunities based on business value, ease of implementation, and measurable impact
- Create current-state and future-state workflow documentation
- Design AI-enabled workflows that support real business processes
- Recommend the right tools, automation platforms, or workflow changes for each use case
- Create reusable templates, prompts, playbooks, and process guides
- Partner with IT, security, or engineering when deeper technical support is required
- Train employees on how to use approved AI tools effectively and responsibly
- Lead workshops, office hours, and department-specific AI enablement sessions
- Develop prompt libraries, usage guides, checklists, and playbooks by role/department
- Promote responsible AI practices: privacy, accuracy, bias awareness, and quality control
- Advise department leaders on AI-driven efficiency improvements
- Communicate AI capabilities and limitations in clear business terms
- Serve as liaison between business teams and technical teams
- Support change management for new AI workflows and tools
- Build and test early-stage prototypes with small user groups before broader rollout
- Validate business value and document requirements, feedback, and next steps
- Partner with IT or engineering to transition validated workflows into scalable solutions
- Build lightweight automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable, Notion, Slack, or Microsoft 365
- Configure AI-assisted workflows for tasks like drafting, summarizing, routing, and reporting
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and document existing workflows
Skills
- 3+ years in business solutions, operations, consulting, enablement, or technology adoption
- Direct experience working with business stakeholders on workflows and operational challenges
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar)
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
- Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, or enablement resources
- Background in solutions consulting, RevOps, enablement, or business transformation
- Experience with CRM, help desk, PM, or collaboration platforms (Salesforce, Jira, Notion, etc.)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or internal knowledge tools
- Experience leading training sessions or adoption programs
- Basic awareness of APIs, integrations, or webhooks (not required)
