Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at American Express. As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and accurately capturing business needs. This is a remote, full-time/part-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs
- Grow information of voice of the customer methods and leverage the same to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Deliver innovative solutions using big data and batch/real-time analytical answers, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing
- Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
- Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and development launch management
