The Risk Management Analyst supports the Risk Management function by providing administrative, analytical, and project-based assistance across key areas including Workers’ Compensation claims and Corporate Security.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, documentation, and tracking of WC claims
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, third-party administrators, and vendors to gather necessary information
- Support reporting and audits by compiling claim data and ensuring accuracy
- Provide administrative support for Corporate Security initiatives and programs
- Track and maintain records related to incidents, investigations, and security metrics
- Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and documentation management
- Support compliance-related activities and reporting requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to claims, incidents, and risk trends
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership review
- Identify basic trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain dashboards or spreadsheets used for tracking departmental performance
- Assist the Director, Risk Management with special projects and initiatives
- Support process improvement efforts by documenting workflows and identifying efficiencies
- Help coordinate cross-functional efforts with HR, Legal, Operations, and external partners
- Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic data and trends
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, analyst, or support role (risk management, insurance, or corporate environment preferred)
