They are seeking a Benefits Consultant to distribute benefit enrollment materials, handle customer inquiries, and assist clients with policy explanations.
Responsibilities
- Distributes all benefit enrolment materials and determines eligibility
- Handle incoming customer service calls
- Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
- Accept customer calls and return customer
- Respond to client request for coverages while representing their best interests
- Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
- Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
Skills
- Entry Level experience
- Ability to distribute benefit enrolment materials and determine eligibility
- Experience handling incoming customer service calls
- Ability to dispatch incoming customer phone calls
- Experience accepting customer calls and returning customer calls
- Ability to respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
- Ability to create and explain individualized policies via a Needs Analysis system
- Willingness to work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
