They are seeking two Bilingual (Russian/English) Medicare Agents to guide clients through their Medicare options, comparing plans, completing enrollments, and providing year-round service.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through their Medicare options in both Russian and English - comparing plans, completing enrollments, and providing year-round service
Skills
- Fluent in Russian and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Live in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, or West Virginia
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and can pass a background check
- Hold a Health & Life insurance license, or can get one within 3 weeks (we cover the cost)
- Comfortable with technology and can work independently
- Stay organized and calm under pressure during peak enrollment
- Coachable, accountable, and in it for the long term
