This role involves taking calls, handling inquiries, and processing relevant documents while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound and make outbound calls, giving clear and objective answers to questions about eligibility, policies, and access to care
- Handle escalated concerns with patience and professionalism
- Review and process documents related to income, identity, and eligibility verification
- Stay current on program policies and apply them accurately using your resource materials
Skills
- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
- Location: Open only to residents of Virginia or New Jersey
- Contract: 3-month assignment with strong potential to extend for reliable performer
- Pay: $17.46/hour
- BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE POSITION- Remote- Must provide own device (laptop and second monitor) and successfully complete a Bring Your Own Device technical requirement screening process with hiring team
- No time off - attendance during training is mandatory. Training will be the first two weeks Monday- Friday
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Strong communication skills and reliable, consistent attendance
