The role of a Consultant in their Global Analytics Practice involves helping customers leverage technology and data to bring treatments to patients faster, while focusing on reshaping operating models and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
- Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
- Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
- Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation
Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed
- Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
