Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Waites is a leading provider of wireless, mesh-networked, Internet of Things (IoT) sensors for industrial environments. They are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to drive outbound efforts, qualify leads, and support the sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic social outreach to secure meetings for the sales team
- Consistently meet quarterly quota attainment to move prospects to scoping stage of the sales process
- Qualify leads from target lists and marketing-generated prospects
- Research and execute market-specific strategies and outreach plans tailored to target industries and accounts, moving them from first contact to initial appointment
- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to build connections and nurture relationships
- Support administrative and operational sales tasks as needed
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with both prospects and internal sales team members
- Continuously track toward and exceed defined sales goals
- Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives
Skills
- High School diploma required
