Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Revolution Mortgage is seeking a Business Development Specialist III to enhance customer experiences and drive sales revenue. The role involves creating new business opportunities for loan originators and developing relationships with potential leads.
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new sales leads and opportunities for licensed loan originators
- Qualify, nurture, and follow up with potential leads and prospects
- Research target businesses, identify decision makers, open and close business relationship opportunities
- Leverage existing personal and business networks to identify potential leads and sales opportunities
- Explore additional revenue streams and create sales strategies to facilitate growth from new and existing clients and business relationships
Skills
- Hold an active Real Estate License
- Minimum of 10 buy-side transactions within a 12-month period
- An agent that will refer qualified leads over to Revolution Mortgage
- Ability to work and contribute to a high performing team environment
- Sales oriented mindset - Ability to travel, attend meetings offsite, and work outside of standard business hours as required
- Maintain a minimum of 6 closed loan originations annually for continued employment
- Requires formal mutual introduction for all submitted referrals; direct contact exchange without introduction is insufficient
- Submit an average of 4 qualified referrals per month
- Secure a minimum of one referral closing
- Execute 8 closed loan transactions per annum
- Mandatory registration of all referrals via the designated portal landing page
- Mandatory certification of monthly hours worked for compliance verification
- Monitor and respond to all official company email correspondence
- Participate in scheduled mastermind sessions and individualized management reviews
- Participate in initial management sessions and production evaluation with leadership
- Complete Required Training Within Assigned Timeframes
