They are seeking experienced Seasonal Campus Recruiting Consultants to manage high-volume early career recruiting activities and support the hiring process for emerging talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume campus recruiting requisitions within Workday
- Monitor applicant flow and maintain digital candidate pipelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee referral candidates, delivering a high-touch candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records, disposition statuses, and recruiting activity within Workday and tracking tools.Ensure exceptional ATS data integrity and compliance throughout the recruiting process
- Review large volumes of student and early career resumes against established hiring criteria
- Conduct first-round virtual and phone intervews
- Assess candidates for technical capabilities, program eligibility, and overall organizational fit
- Prepare detailed interview summaries and provide hiring recommendations to the Campus Recruiting Team
- Recommend qualified candidates for advancement through the interview process
- Coordinate second-round interviews for candidates advancing through the hiring process
- Schedule virtual interviews and support logistics for designated in-person interview days
- Partner closely with hiring teams to align interview schedules across multiple calendars and time zone
- Utilize established recruiting tools and interviewer availability to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Present hiring recommendations to the Campus Recruiting Team
- Coordinate offer letter generation following approval
- Track offer status from creation through acceptance within Workday and Smartsheets
- Communicate hiring decisions and next steps with candidates, internal stakeholders, and employee referrers
- Serve as a professional ambassador for both Cornerstone RPO and our client
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers, campus recruiting leaders, and internal recruiting partners
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Previous experience supporting Campus Recruiting, University Relations, Early Career Programs, or high-volume corporate recruiting
- Experience conducting virtual interviews and managing recruiting processes remotely
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders and timezones
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday strongly preferred)
- Strong documentation and recruiting process management skills
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting internship, analyst, or early career hiring programs
- Workday recruiting experience
- Experience with employee referral recruiting programs
- Familiarity with Smartsheets or similar project tracking tools
- Previous RPO or enterprise recruiting experience
