Workiy Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Clinical Informatics Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of digital referrals, orders, and clinical workflows within a large and complex healthcare ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, administrative teams, and technology partners to improve care coordination and streamline workflows.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Clinical Informatics, or a related healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience leading or coordinating major clinical informatics, digital health, or healthcare transformation initiatives within large and complex healthcare environments
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare delivery models, clinical workflows, and care coordination processes
- Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR), clinical information systems, digital referrals, electronic orders, or related healthcare technologies
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale clinical informatics implementations
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, information technology, and digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and consensus-building skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex environments
- Experience handling politically sensitive issues and navigating large stakeholder groups
