They are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting functions for various clients, focusing on financial statement preparation and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Monthly financial statement preparation
- Management of bookkeeping, cash, and AR/AP
- Monitor and improve upon clients' internal controls
- Manage and/or assist with the implementation of accounting systems and processes
Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience specifically with full-cycle government contract accounting
- Self-starter/adaptable mentality
- Solid understanding of QuickBooks Online and Deltek
- Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- CPA License or licensing in-process
