Chasepro is a leading B2B tech company looking for an experienced Creative Producer / Creative Project Manager to join their internal Creative Studio. This role involves managing creative and marketing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative and marketing projects
- Coordinate designers, copywriters, and product marketing teams
- Build project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
- Track project progress using Jira and Confluence
- Partner with Creative Directors and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Manage multiple projects across distributed teams
Skills
- 4–6 years of Creative Project Management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira
- Experience working with Creative, Brand, or Marketing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Google, Uber, Notion, Adobe, Microsoft, or similar
- Video/content production experience is a plus
