Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote customer service team on rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts. This full‑time role is the frontline of our “White Glove” service model, ensuring that patients, providers, and internal partners receive timely, courteous, and accurate support.
