Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services
- Work closely with team leaders to deliver a safe and excellent airport experience
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
- Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-focused approach at all times
- Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to our customers
- Attend and complete all required training by given deadlines
- Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face contact with customers
- Ability to represent the company at all times, with a well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Flexibility to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
- Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all American Airlines policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete all relevant training and maintain a valid BAA airside pass, GSAT training, and a valid DVLA driving license
