Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems
- Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
Requirements:
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and navigate multiple software systems
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
