They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to educate union members about available benefits and assist with inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Educate members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation
- Sales involved only if the customer desires to opt in for additional benefits
- No cold calling as we only work with union associations directly
Skills
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
- Flexible hours
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required
