Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center roadmap, ensuring that data pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting mechanisms are built to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Define and communicate a clear strategy, prioritization framework, and operating procedures for the Customer Insight Center, aligning with broader business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Design, build, and scale data‑driven solutions that meet the security and privacy needs of internal stakeholders while enabling rapid extraction of actionable customer insights.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center, providing regular performance dashboards to leadership.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a similar role within a large‑scale, consumer‑focused organization.
