As a Cyber Package Analyst, you will be a key technical contributor on a Cyber Action Team, focusing on the development, review, and maintenance of cybersecurity packages to ensure secure implementation of electronic medical record systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain ATO and ATC packages in alignment with cybersecurity requirements and authorization standards
- Perform in-depth cybersecurity analysis to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement within system documentation and configurations
- Create, update, and validate technical artifacts and cybersecurity documentation to support authorization efforts
- Track and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), ensuring timely updates and resolution of identified issues
- Identify, assess, and document cybersecurity risks and threats, escalating critical concerns to leadership as needed
- Support the development of technical briefings, client deliverables, and cybersecurity artifacts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and system requirements
- Contribute to the successful implementation and sustainment of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Skills
- Experience supporting ATO and/or ATC package development and cybersecurity authorization processes
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management and assessment methodologies
- Experience creating and maintaining cybersecurity documentation and technical artifacts
- Familiarity with POA&M tracking, risk identification, and mitigation processes
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in healthcare or supporting electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards and authorization processes
- Experience supporting client-facing deliverables and technical briefings
- Background in government or federal contracting environments
