About the Role
As a Remote Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory data, supporting our sales and back-office teams, and delivering timely, accurate reports to senior leadership. You'll work closely with our CFO, Controller, and Sales department, handling everything from daily and monthly inventory reporting to data consolidation and ad hoc analytical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Reporting: Generate accurate and timely daily and monthly inventory reports that support operational planning and executive decision-making.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for the back-office and sales teams, responding promptly to inventory and production-related inquiries.
- Executive Reporting Assistance: Support the CFO with various reporting requests, ensuring data is well-organized, accurate, and ready for review.
- Month-End Close Support: Collaborate with the Controller during month-end closures, helping to compile, verify, and reconcile financial and inventory data.
- Data Review & Consolidation: Perform ongoing data review and consolidation activities to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across systems and reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows and contribute ideas that enhance team efficiency.
- Task & Time Management: Effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Professional Experience: At least one year of related experience in data entry, accounting support, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Advanced knowledge of Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is required.
