Position Overview
The Remote Data Entry & Reconciliation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that every trade, transfer, and corporate action is captured, processed, and reconciled with precision. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will interact with internal teams, external partners, and the careerzynith clearing network to maintain the integrity of client and advisor accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Trade & Transfer Processing: Accurately enter exchange deal purchases, transfers, and dividend transactions into client profiles, adhering to careerzynith’s standard operating procedures.
- Reconciliation & Settlement: Perform daily reconciliation of trade, transfer, and corporate action data, identifying and resolving discrepancies between careerzynith and fund providers, custodians, or transfer agents.
- Corporate Action Management: Process corporate action events (e.g., mergers, spin‑offs, stock splits) and ensure timely settlement and accurate allocation to client accounts.
- Issue Investigation: Conduct root‑cause analysis on complex or escalated issues, collaborating with technology, compliance, and partner teams to implement corrective actions.
