About the Role
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in shaping the Technology Brand Strategy and Employee Engagement programs. You will work closely with stakeholders and collaborative partners to define and deploy the Walgreens Technology Brand, driving team engagement and a positive culture across all pillars of Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Technology Brand Strategy using powerful channels and content specific to Technology, contributing to team engagement and a positive culture.
- Liaise with Communications to ensure connectivity and consistency within the Technology Communications Plan and across all collaborative efforts.
- Partner with the Vice President of Strategy and Transformation and HR to drive a Technology Culture through data-informed people programs and strategies.
- Ensure consistency of Technology Brand and implementation across events and initiatives, such as hackathons, conferences, and more.
- Build and manage the Engagement Crew, composed of voluntary team members, and oversee the processes and activities that drive Technology personnel engagement.
- Collaborate with HR to inform employee surveys, movement planning, and strategy implementation, producing activities aligned with the Technology Group values and business goals.
- Apply human-centric data to inform Engagement Crew strategy and projects, encouraging a culture of empowerment, innovation, belonging, and pride.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in Communications, Brand, and/or Culture and Engagement, or High School or GED and at least 6 years of experience in Communications, Brand, and/or Culture and Engagement.
- At least 4 years of experience managing progressive Communications, Brand, and/or Culture and Engagement experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading and managing the work of a team, including leading through influence or COE model.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic projects and programs aligned to business needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey business requirements and technical needs clearly and effectively.
- Experience exercising professional judgment and assuming responsibility for decisions that impact people, quality of service, and expenses.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions within the workplace.
- Willingness to travel up to at least 10% of the time for business functions (within the country and out of the country).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-4 years of innovative Communications, Brand, and/or Culture and Engagement experience.
- Minimum of 5 years leading and managing the work of a team, including leading through influence or COE model.
