Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dentistry Automation is a company that helps dental practices reduce administrative and billing workload through various services. They are seeking a Dental Field Sales Consultant to visit dental offices, build relationships, and introduce their services to help practices operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Visit dental offices in your assigned market to introduce Dentistry Automation
- Build relationships with doctors, office managers, front-desk staff, treatment coordinators, hygienists, assistants, and billing teams
- Book qualified demos and lunch-and-learn sessions
- Explain how DA helps reduce insurance verification workload, claim follow-up burden, payment posting delays, and RCM inefficiencies
- Ask good discovery questions to understand the practice’s current workflow, pain points, software, staffing challenges, and decision-making process
- Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, text, and in-person visits
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, prospect status, next steps, and follow-up dates
- Identify high-potential practices, including private practices, orthodontic offices, Medicaid-heavy offices, out-of-network practices, and multi-location groups
- Represent Dentistry Automation professionally at local dental events, study clubs, dental society events, and conferences when needed
- Share prospect feedback with leadership, including objections, competitor mentions, pricing concerns, and product opportunities
Skills
- U.S.-based candidate only
- 2+ years of experience in dental, healthcare, field sales, local business development, or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable visiting dental offices in person
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presence and ability to represent the company well
- Reliable transportation for local office visits
- Comfortable using email, phone, text, calendar scheduling, and CRM tools
- Organized enough to track prospects, follow-ups, and next steps
- Experience as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, office manager, treatment coordinator, insurance coordinator, billing specialist, or RCM team member
- Experience selling dental software, dental services, staffing, insurance-related services, dental supplies, RCM, or practice consulting
- Existing relationships with dental practices, DSOs, dental societies, consultants, or local dental networks
- Comfortable running lunch-and-learn presentations
- Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, Curve, Cloud 9, or other dental practice management systems
- Understanding of insurance verification, claim follow-up, payment posting, EFT/ERA, aging claims, or patient billing
