Position Overview
careerzynith is hiring a Remote e-Fulfilment Specialist – Legal Document Filing & Data Entry to join our high-performing e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility of working from home while contributing to meaningful work that supports the U.S. legal system. The role is ideal for professionals who are energized by precision, enjoy structured work, and take pride in getting every detail exactly right.
As an e-Fulfilment Specialist, you will review, process, and electronically file legal documents using careerzynith’s proprietary online platforms and internal systems. You will collaborate daily with teammates across multiple states to resolve filing discrepancies, support ongoing projects, and meet shared performance goals. No prior legal experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training that will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to succeed from day one.
What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities
- Review legal documents carefully and accurately using careerzynith’s internal case management systems, secure email portals, and electronic filing platforms before submission to state and federal courts.
- Electronically file documents through court e-filing systems and careerzynith’s proprietary tools, ensuring each submission meets jurisdiction-specific formatting and procedural requirements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, including rejected filings, missing information, mismatched case numbers, and document errors, escalating complex issues to senior team members when appropriate.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams via email, chat, and project management tools to coordinate on shared workflows, meet deadlines, and keep case status information up to date.
- Participate in structured, ongoing training to deepen your understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, jurisdictional rules, and the latest careerzynith process improvements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive client and case information in compliance with careerzynith’s data security and privacy policies.
- Complete special projects and assignments as directed by e-Fulfillment leadership, contributing to process improvements, pilot programs, and team initiatives.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets while maintaining the high accuracy standards that have made careerzynith the nation’s most trusted legal filing partner.

- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Tech Comfort: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
