Key Responsibilities Provide expert consultation to childcare providers, educators, and parents on topics such as curriculum design, pedagogical approaches, classroom environment, and child assessment. Conduct virtual needs assessments for educational institutions and develop tailored recommendations for improvement. Design and deliver engaging online workshops and webinars for professional development of educators. Develop and refine educational resources, guides, and best-practice documents for early childhood settings. Stay abreast of current research, trends, and policies in early childhood education and incorporate them into consultation services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new service offerings and program enhancements. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clear understanding of recommendations and facilitating implementation. Analyze program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Offer guidance on implementing inclusive practices and supporting children with diverse learning needs. Maintain professional development and contribute to the intellectual capital of the organization. Requirements Doctorate or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, including roles in teaching, administration, and program development. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, pedagogical best practices, and child development theory. Proven experience in consulting or providing professional development to educators and institutions. Excellent virtual presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills. Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. A strong understanding of different educational philosophies and approaches.
