They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major advanced manufacturing project in Boise, Idaho, overseeing project financials, scheduling, and overall performance while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and reporting
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships
- Drive schedule development and monitor project progress against key milestones
- Coordinate closely with superintendents, field leadership, and project teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
- Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members
- Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Typically 5+ years of construction project management experience for Project Manager
- Typically 10+ years of construction project management experience for Senior Project Manager
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, mission critical, power, energy, healthcare, aviation, or laboratory projects
- Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
- Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
