They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Customer Partner to lead business development and transformation initiatives across key accounts in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector, driving integrated solutions and elevating customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Driving Strategic Growth & Executive Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve significant sales growth. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, influencing strategic direction and delivering impactful outcomes
- Delivering Integrated Siemens & Advanta Solutions: Architect and delivering innovative solutions by leveraging the full Siemens portfolio—including Digital Industries, Advanta, and Xcelerator partners. Coordinate across internal teams and strategic partners to ensure successful execution and scalable impact
- Leading Transformation & Value Creation: Elevate discussions to the enterprise level, helping clients navigate Siemens’ complexity and unlock transformational value. Drive opportunity management, demand generation, and rigorous forecasting to ensure solutions deliver quantifiable financial outcomes
- Orchestrating Strategic Sales Pursuits: Establish and manage a robust pipeline, lead pursuit teams, and negotiate strategic deals. Collaborate with solution design and specialty teams to develop compelling proposals and close high-impact projects
- Shaping Market Presence & Insight: Represent Siemens as a thought leader in the CPG sector. Engage with industry associations, contribute to account planning, and provide strategic feedback to inform product and market direction
- Managing Key National & Global Accounts: Serve as the primary Advanta executive for Siemens key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment across complex organizational structures and global headquarters in collaboration with Siemens Corporate Account Manager
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or enterprise sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- 8+ years of experience of understanding the CPG industry, including market dynamics and business drivers
- 8+ years of experience with navigating diverse sales channels (direct, distributors, system integrators)
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills
- Expertise in digital transformation, automation, and enterprise-level solution selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of urgency
- Familiarity with Siemens Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure, and Advanta portfolios
- Experience developing and executing complex opportunity strategies across ecosystems
- Ability to coordinate with Xcelerator partners and contribute to scalable, repeatable offerings
