Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative support to one or more senior leaders, including ownership of complex and constantly evolving calendars
- Coordinate with a broad network of external contacts such as consultants, auditors, and business partners
- Handle large volumes of email correspondence with professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-up
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, particularly when interacting with executives and external stakeholders
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities
- Successfully balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Possess extensive experience managing executive calendars and scheduling for senior leadership
- Oversee end-to-end calendar management for multiple leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with changing business priorities
- Develop and maintain organized processes for meeting requests, recurring appointments, follow-up tasks, and scheduling workflows
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and resolve conflicts, overlapping meetings, and last-minute changes with minimal disruption
- Assist with administrative activities related to SOX compliance, including maintaining documentation, tracking approvals, coordinating sign-offs, and organizing records under the guidance of the Leadership Business Partner (LBP)
- Act as the central contact for scheduling requests, calendar updates, and meeting coordination
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance scheduling efficiency, communication, and day-to-day administrative operations
