Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategic operations initiatives
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans, programs, and execution roadmaps
- Establish operational priorities, governance structures, and execution frameworks
- Align business operations with company vision, growth objectives, and strategic goals
- Develop performance standards, operational metrics, and accountability systems

Skills
- 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic operations, business transformation, operations management, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and operational improvement programs
- Strong background in organizational transformation, process optimization, and scalable operations
- Demonstrated ability to work with CEOs, executive teams, boards, and senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs and large-scale change initiatives
- Strong understanding of business strategy, operational performance, financial management, and digital transformation
- Experience in global operations or high-growth organizations is highly preferred
