They are seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead teams in the field, ensuring project standards are met while collaborating with stakeholders and driving safety and quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead/Manage/Support- Role requires leadership of smaller teams in the field during operations and deployments. Will require management of resources and materials along with support of program goals
- Collaborate with the internal GD program team and other government stakeholders
- Drive- Always push for Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget control
Skills
- 15 + years of related experience
- Expert in programming, staging and integrating complex systems to include: Microwave Radio systems, Radar Systems, IR and Optical Camera systems, Edge compute devices, Commercial Tower systems, Solar and battery backup power systems
- Security clearance level: BI from DHS required
- US citizenship required
- Travel will be required ~50% of time
