[Remote] Finance Associate - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. YO IT CONSULTING is seeking a Finance Associate to join their team and support accurate financial operations in a remote setting. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping, and preparing financial reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review
• Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits
• Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands

Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization
• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently
• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required
• Prior payroll processing experience
• Experience supporting remote teams
• Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards
