Frontline Insurance is on a mission to Make Things Better, and they are seeking a Forms Analyst to play a pivotal role in achieving this vision. The Forms Analyst will be responsible for managing the company's forms database, assisting with regulatory communications, and conducting research to support various departments.
Responsibilities
- Recommend, develop, review, maintain and update company forms database and any external facing forms repositories on behalf of Frontline Insurance
- Assists in preparing oral and written communications with respective state Departments of Insurance and other regulatory bodies throughout the filing approval process inclusive of drafting the filing memorandums and responses to state objections
- Maintain repository of filings with details on version history and securing respective approvals during internal approval and state approval processes
- Research requirements, prepare materials, create, and monitor electronic form filings in SERFF, FLOIR and other state filing repositories
- Research and present data to respective departments based on their requests
- Responsible for developing and delivering work product based on negotiated timelines within the project stages
- Assist in product reviews, including making product recommendations
- Research and interpret ISO Circulars, state laws, statutes and bulletins
- Request data from reporting team to query our databases to generate scheduled and ad hoc reports and analysis to support project requirements
Skills
- 3-5 Years Personal lines and Commercial lines technical underwriting, claim and/or form development experience required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Ability to solve complex problems analytically and work independently
- Ability to do research and work with subject matter experts
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, homeowner's and commercial insurance and interdependent processes between sales, underwriting and claims
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, and/or other Form Development Software applications such as RiskGenius, Mozart or GhostDraft
- Experience with the Guidewire suite of products
