As a Fractional COO, you'll help business owners turn strategy into daily execution by building operating systems and coaching them to improve their operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable operating systems and workflows
- Create KPI dashboards and accountability rhythms
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Eliminate bottlenecks and strengthen organizational structure
- Translate strategic goals into weekly execution plans
- Coach owners to lead with data, accountability, and consistent execution
Skills
- 12+ years of operational leadership experience
- Direct experience advising, coaching, or partnering with founders or business owners
- Full responsibility for business operations and P&L ownership at some point in your career
- Experience supporting businesses between approximately $1M and $35M+ in annual revenue
- Success building KPI dashboards, operating systems, delegation frameworks, and accountability structures
- Strong financial and operational business acumen
- The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Fractional COO, outsourced COO, EOS Integrator, or multi-client advisory experience is a strong plus
