Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Biohack-It Media Group is a premium wellness media and experiences platform that connects creators between the Middle East and the US. They are seeking a Head of Growth to lead the Growth & Social department, focusing on increasing podcast downloads and listens through various channels while driving company growth through monetization and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end growth across every channel (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcast, email, Broadcast Channel, paid) as one compounding ecosystem, with growing podcast downloads and listens as the north-star metric
- Co-own the show's strategy and editorial direction with the founder, including the relaunch and the category expansion, and run a performance-led model rooted in data, not guesswork
- Build and manage the paid strategy end to end - allocate ad dollars, plan campaigns (including for events), and tie every dollar to funnels and ROI across Meta and other platforms
- Own the technical back end - pixels, tracking, and attribution - and build and manage the ad strategy with the vendors and agencies that execute it
- Run the email marketing division - newsletter, segmentation, lifecycle, and list growth - with deep command of open rate, click-through rate, and deliverability, using email as a primary driver of podcast listens and conversions
- A strong, hands-on command of Instagram and TikTok - move metrics across platforms, generate content that scales and builds engagement, grow the Instagram Broadcast Channel, and build the social funnels and pages
- Know the YouTube back end and how to grow the channel, and understand how to scale a podcast platform from a growth standpoint
- Own all analytics; build and run a single performance dashboard with benchmarked KPIs; and bring deep fluency with the data, the metrics, and the numbers. This is non-negotiable
- Run the social media department and the email marketing division: build, lead, and hold accountable the Social Media and Digital Strategy Manager, the email team, and content support; set priorities, run the weekly cadence, and raise the bar on quality, consistency, and follow-through. Coordinate with podcast production and bookings
- Grow revenue through the sponsorship model, creator monetization, live experiences (ZENOS, Supper Clubs, retreats), and new partnerships; drive client and creator acquisition and market expansion across the US and Middle East; and understand growth in service of the capital raise
- Help build and scale our internal owned-media platform - the move toward an AI-and-community product (guest-knowledge avatars, a creator community hub, funnels from Spotify, Apple, and YouTube) - and bring AI and automation into the operation
- Work directly with the CEO to turn vision into execution, and position the company and the show in a competitive, culture-driven market
Skills
- 8+ years in growth, media, or social, at a senior or executive level, including building and leading teams
- You come from the industry. You have grown a media brand, a podcast, a creator or influencer business, or a founder's platform - ideally in health, wellness, longevity, or a culture-driven consumer space. This is not your entry point into media; you have done this before, at a place like a leading creator network, a podcast studio, or a founder-led media company
- You have built for founders, CEOs, and creators, and you understand how a founder-led company grows
- Full-stack growth command - social (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube including the back end), podcast growth, email and lifecycle (open rate, click-through, deliverability), and paid media (pixels, budgets, attribution, ad vendors)
- Commercial instinct - sponsorships, partnerships, monetisation, and revenue - and comfort operating in the language of the business and its investors
- International experience and the range to grow an audience across the US and the Middle East
- Deep KPI and data discipline - you hit deadlines and you scale numbers; you do not need to be taught the fundamentals of media or growth
- An in-house operator who wants to pour 100% into one company and one mission, not split across clients
- Hungry, ambitious, and stable - you want to build something you can point to and say 'we built that,' and you thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led, capital-raising environment
