Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trident Search is a fast-growing cybersecurity vendor securing critical infrastructure and OT environments. They are seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to own marketing-led top-of-funnel and build a repeatable demand engine.
Responsibilities
- Demand generation and marketing-led top-of-funnel
- Campaign strategy and execution
- Website conversion and campaign performance
- Field marketing across the US and Europe
- Content, PR and agency coordination
- HubSpot visibility, reporting and attribution
- AI/automation-led campaign scale
- Sales and BDR alignment
- A repeatable model for leads, meetings and pipeline contribution
Skills
- Director of Demand Gen / Director of Marketing / Head of Demand / Revenue Marketing
- B2B cybersecurity, infrastructure software, industrial tech or technical SaaS
- Proven success creating leads, meetings, SQLs or pipeline
- Hands-on with HubSpot, campaigns, reporting and marketing systems
- Comfortable in early-stage/startup environments
- Practical use of AI/automation in marketing
- Able to manage a small team without needing a large function around you
- Ownership: someone who can build, launch, measure and improve the demand engine
- OT/ICS, critical infrastructure, utilities or regulated-market experience would be useful, but not essential
