Aimhire is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead enterprise growth across the U.S. This high-impact role focuses on acquiring new customers for Global Capability Center (GCC) setup and managed services, initially operating as an individual contributor before scaling into a leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by acquiring enterprise customers seeking GCC setup and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) solutions
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing strategic, high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives across Fortune 1000 and high-growth companies
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand the company's presence across the U.S
- Partner closely with the founders on sales strategy, customer acquisition, and market expansion
- Represent the company at executive meetings, industry events, and customer engagements
- Build, mentor, and scale the sales organization as the business grows
Skills
- 20+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience selling GCC Setup-as-a-Service, Global Capability Centers, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), or similar offshore delivery solutions
- Proven track record as a pure hunter, consistently winning new enterprise accounts
- Strong CXO-level network with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S
