Position Summary

We are seeking empathetic, detail‑oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will act as an extended business office for our healthcare clients, guiding patients and their families through the billing process, answering questions, and helping them resolve outstanding balances. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position with a standard Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST). While the role is primarily remote, a one‑day, in‑person orientation at our Denver/Aurora office is required for local candidates.

careerzynith offers a competitive base salary ranging from $37,440 to $43,680 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base pay, you will be eligible for monthly performance bonuses of $100‑$400, as well as regular contests that award gift cards and prizes (valued at $200‑$300 per month) for outstanding customer service and team achievements.
