- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Helping implement HR policies and procedures
- Supporting benefits administration
- Responding to employee inquiries
- Helping manage employee relations by facilitating clear communication and addressing routine concerns
- Organizing HR documentation
- Preparing reports
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure HR practices align with the organization’s mission and values
Skills
- Demonstrated skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Experience with Benefits Administration and supporting related employee services
- Ability to manage Employee Relations and foster a positive, inclusive work environment
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in a remote work setting
- Proficiency with HR information systems and common office productivity tools
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in an educational or training-focused organization is an advantage
