Position Overview

The Remote Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative is a contract-funded position that may be subject to renewal based on funding cycles. The successful candidate will build meaningful customer relationships via telephone in a dynamic, fast-paced remote work environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and serve both internal and external customers with professionalism and care.

This position primarily involves receiving inbound calls, though occasional outbound calling may be required. You will provide professional customer service and product consultation during interactions with customers, peers, management, partners, and other departments—meeting specific standards and service-level goals.
