Responsibilities
- Help drive new account growth via lead generation, cold calling, sourcing, and account penetration
- Effectively utilize Customer Engagement software for client prospecting and pipeline management
- Book loads using Landstar systems for the customer
Skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
- Familiarity with Customer Engagement software platforms
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence others
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency
- Must run Windows 10 or better
- Access to strong reliable internet
- Smart phone with internet access to use company phone service application
- Klenty experience a plus!
