The Influencer Marketing Specialist will build and maintain relationships with influencers, track and execute influencer marketing projects across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, retaining, and helping creators grow up with the brand
- Analyze & monitor KOL performance
- Maintaining good working relationships with influencers/KOLs for the implementation of campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and organization of influencer programs that are focused on driving revenue
- Preparation of pitch deck and proposals
- Lead influencer/KOL development plan according to brand image
- Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns
- Monitoring customer feedback
- Update of Weekly and Monthly Reports
Skills
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or the equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and generate insight
- Experience managing micro-influencer programs and communities
- Able to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
