The role involves handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action within a high-performance, remote sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
- Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
- Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
- Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth
- Work a full-time schedule (40 hours/ week) between 12 PM and 12 AM EST. with availability to work on Saturdays
