Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day firewall process
- Receive, track, and follow up on requests
- Support project management activity across infrastructure, networking, and platform teams
- Maintain process adherence and strong attention to detail
- Work with stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressed in line with deadlines
- Contribute to process improvement where possible
