Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RAW iGaming is a new studio focused on creating innovative and entertaining slot games for the gaming industry. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with customers, drive performance and revenue growth, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships, rapport and retention with customers
- Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Drive customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations
- Develop positive relationships with internal colleagues, support teams and management
- Have a continuous improvement mindset in terms of customer satisfaction, support processes, metrics, KPI’s and the user experience
- Manage the process following game certification through the AMMS governmental process to launch
- Deliver KPIs, Metrics, status reports to management
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset in terms of customer satisfaction and support
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience
- Managing customer requests and needs
- Share knowledge in the teams and help contribute to an open and creative work environment
Skills
- 3+ years of account management with detailed knowledge of the Italian online gaming market
- A background and genuine passion for all aspects of the industry and the ability to communicate that excitement and engagement to others
- High attention to detail and precision in delivery while balancing multiple priorities
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, multi-channel contact centre software
- High level of integrity, strong analysis, and decision-making skills with an understanding of regulatory challenges
- Must have internal drive, and seen as a doer while being a positive team-player
- A passion for great games and pushing boundaries
- Fluent in Italian and English
