This role involves being the first point of contact for potential clients, handling calls, screening cases, and providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming phone calls and respond promptly to prospective client inquiries
- Conduct thorough intakes for personal injury cases, including:
- – Motor vehicle accidents
- – Child injury
- – Dog bites
- – Product liability
- – Other negligence and injury matters
- Enter and update case information into the firm’s systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and organize documents
- Help ensure smooth, efficient workflow across the legal team
Skills
- Prior experience in personal injury law required
