The role involves managing the full life-cycle of recruiting for mid- to senior-level positions while supporting both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients
- Focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones
- Interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers
