• Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Strong telephone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
