Novant Health is seeking an Experienced Product Management Leader with a proven track record of delivering complex digital products through Agile frameworks. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the secure management of digital product systems while aligning with business strategy and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Management team in the execution and delivery of high-quality, consumer-focused digital products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs
- Manage multiple complex and specialized projects simultaneously, while overseeing teams delivering across diverse product lines
- Drive innovation by adapting existing frameworks and introducing new approaches to solve complex product and delivery challenges
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and best practices, serving as a product facilitator for cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders
- Act as a servant leader, coaching teams to achieve high performance through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
- Promote team learning and process optimization by facilitating reviews, retrospectives, and iterative delivery cycles
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and visibility of daily team activities, progress, and delivery metrics
- Identify and remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure teams meet sprint commitments and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain aligned priorities, backlog health, and product roadmap execution
- Oversee secure management of digital product systems throughout the lifecycle, including data storage, processing, and transmission
- Maintain awareness of information systems ownership and data classification, ensuring proper governance of sensitive information
- Enforce cybersecurity best practices, including least privilege and least functionality principles
- Identify and escalate potential cybersecurity risks, threats, or incidents, supporting incident response processes
Skills
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required
- Minimum five years in healthcare, required
- ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) or equivalent, required
- Business analysis, product/project management, or product development
- Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed
- Graduate Degree, preferred
- Product/Project Management, preferred
- Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®)
