The Marketing Campaign Operations Manager will execute demand generation and sales acceleration programs while collaborating with stakeholders and managing external agency relationships to enhance marketing automation and campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Marketing Shared Service requests, including email communications, campaign uploads, and landing page creation
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns in Eloqua, oversee data management initiatives, and maintain campaign data hygiene
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, including budgeting, SOWs, and spend tracking
- Optimize lead management processes across marketing channels and maintain accurate Marketing KPI reporting
- Evaluate and enhance the Marketing Technology stack for effectiveness and integration improvements
Skills
- Proficiency in Eloqua
- Experience with BI Reporting/ Tableau
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration experience
- Prior experience in marketing operations within a technology or related sector
