As a senior marketing process analyst on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Direct Acquisition team, you will enhance experimentation capabilities and support data-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities and developing testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within the Renters and Umbrella digital and voice sales experience
- Develop A/B testing methodologies
- Translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with analysts, customer strategists, and business leaders
- Bring consistency to testing methods
- Improve data quality
- Identify data gaps
- Enhance reporting capabilities
- Define data requirements
- Support the development and optimization of reporting datasets and dashboards
- Ensure that experimentation results can be measured through scalable, reliable data solutions
- Drive momentum across Vehicle Voice+ initiatives
Skills
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and/ or other statistical analysis techniques
- Advanced SQL programming skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex programs
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization through charts and graphs
- Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights through compelling narratives and visualizations that help stakeholders understand key findings and recommendations
